Excellent instructional program. Useful for parents and infants. Clearly presented. Sensitive to infants and parents. Demonstrates that infants are not dolls. Starts a parent's concern about exercise. Great step by step guide to exercising your baby who is five to eight months-old. Great visuals. Male and female parent are shown. Puppets, toys and line drawings provide interstitial entertainment. Goofy but they work. The instructional element is very very well done.
